Mo was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Communication was great throughout, letting us know in advance and actually turned up on time. Once onsite, he was very thorough and highly efficient. I had another tech from another company dealing with the same problems previously and Mo was able to sort out and resolve the issues in half the time compared to other. The after support from Mo was also fantastic. I had a slight problem with connecting to the Remootio device ( which was installed alongside our automatic gate motor), and Mo came back and fixed it first thing in the next morning. Turned out, it was a problem with my phone, as soon as we transferred to another phone, it was working perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend Mo to my family and friends in the near future if the need arises.
